People are going to need to know your budget. You could get a pc that can run it barely for cheaper or a really expensive one that can run it with max settings and so on.

We need to know your budget and currency.
Do you need peripherals, if so, what peripherals(monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, etc)?
If you already have a monitor, what monitor are you using?
Will you overclock?
Any preferred aesthetic(colour scheme, LEDs, side panel window, etc)?
What exactly will you be using the system for?

Surely you're not only using this system to play one game? You won't be using it for anything other than gaming?

"all peripherals ill be buying"
What does this mean? You need peripherals within budget, excluding monitor? Or you need peripherals outside of the £900-1k budget?

Right around the £900 mark without the monitor. I included the monitor because it's 144Hz with Freesync support, so will look very nice with the RX 580. XFire support so you can add a 2nd RX 580 at any point.

You could maybe get a GTX 1070 instead of the RX 580 if you wanted, but you sacrifice Freesync support and you won't have SLI support with an NVidia GPU;

If you do go with the GTX 1070, you could save a little money on the PSU, and get this;

or keep the 650W unit if you want SLI support, but you'd need a motherboard that supports SLI for that.
