I just got it and the disc tray is stuck my Xbox won't load it gets stuck on the home screen what do I do

If it is a Phat console most of them have a disk tray problem, you might have to hit it a bit on the top to get it to open up

You just got your Rgh and the disk drive sticks???

If you just got it, I suggest you talk to the seller. Otherwise depending on model, you might need to replace it.
