Good idea I guess to keep it being seen by members, but I doubt he'd pay the amount as it would just be a complete money loss unless a few other members put some money towards it

Sadly not, not unless they believe it is deserved but even then it's quite difficult to get

Hey I need help my xbox wolnt connect to xbox live and I have tried everything please help

I personally don't feel it's anywhere near good enough for a sticky yet and I don't think you can earn stickies in this section. If it goes well and people actually use it I don't mind paying the $30 in the future.
