If youre able to get on youtube then you can handle an RGH or a JTAG, its pretty subjective how hard it is I know some people that would or do struggle but for other its trivial so Id say its not that bad but if its confusing for a bit thats normal.

My advice would be to research it before you purchase either. A lot of users are doing this lately with no clue as to what they are doing. I am not trying to be mean either, but getting to know a thing or two before hand is VERY useful when it comes to RGH/J-Tags.
As someone already suggested... YouTube. There is plenty of videos and TUT's for you to watch and learn. Even the smallest of guides are helpful. So if you're really serious about getting one then i suggest watching some of "Modded Warfare" 's videos and TUT's.

so my xbox wont connect from m internet to xbox live, ive cleared my system cache, and tried 2 diffrent servers howver rebellion live froze my xbox so i had to bypass the plugins but they are good now and idk what t do

Theyre easy aslong as you dont mess with anything you dont know about and you do some homework first
