Can't say that's enough to cause lag (unless you have other traffic on your network simultaneously)

I have Comcast and I get 200 down and 10 up. I can notice a delay in things like Xbox live party chat if i have significant traffic on the network such as the 4K smart tvs streaming 4K content.
