I don't know about you but my clothes don't shrink in the wash. Just do a regular wash they should stay the same.

I always go one bigger than my regular size being that i have a habit of shrinking clothes in the dryer

Are you built or chubby?
I'm 5'8 150lbs and I wear larges but fit mediums.
I prefer large over med because I like a more baggy fit.
For you I'd go for large or xl.
