Ryzen 5 will be available in a couple of days. You could squeeze a GTX 1070 in within budget, but it's not necessary unless you're using a 1440p or greater resolution monitor. I'm assuming you're using a 1080p or 2560x1080 monitor since you never told us what monitor(s) you'll be using, but if you're using a monitor with a great resolution than 2560x1080 or lesser than 1920x1080, then I'd change this a bit. Also, obviously if you have a G-Sync supported monitor, get an NVidia GPU. XFire support with this system so you can add another RX 480 at any point if you wish.

A couple of alternative, slightly better 480s if you want to spend a little more(not necessary at all though);

Slight more storage, and a little more of a premium in case.

IF you wanted to lower the price a little, opt for a 1tb/2tb HDD and swap out the motherboard, and case to a Phanteks p400(s) without the tempered panel as well as use the power supply 13 did.

Alternate slightly cheaper version.
