CPU Key Changed?!Posted:

So, I bought an RGH and used it for a bit. Couple weeks passed and I got banned and used a new kv. I sent my kv to my console using Keyvault Validator. I didn't do anything else to the kv, but download it and import it through the program.

Xbox was unbanned and everything worked fine (besides having to redownload some dlc content to work with the new kv). Then 1 day I got on and it said I was banned and I was like okay that was faster than I expected, let me run that kv through a kv checker again. Kv came up CLEAN! So, I imported to my xbox again and nothing happened. I checked dashlaunch and all my plugins were cleared. I reinput my plugins and then I was back online like nothing happened.

I didn't notice anything different since my xbox spassed out on me. Until I went to use appstudio which requires your cpu key for verification and it wasn't working anymore... that is when I noticed my CPU key was different than my stock.

I don't know how this happened. PLEASE HELP!

UPDATE: Xell shows my original CPU, Dashlaunch shows a different one!

Something isn't right here, I think you may be making a mistake. Just use a usb to put a fresh kv.bin and cpukey.txt on the root of your hdd instead of using kv validator. Also where are you reading your cpukey to know it has changed and where did you get your original for comparison?

I never messed with a cpukey.txt before. I never touched that ever. Also, I just checked and my xell shows my cpu from when I first bought the console, but my dashlaunch shows a completely different cpu. I have reason to believe its conflicting with my program.

Does your stealth have a CPU key spoofer?

Try changing the kv.bin and cpukey.txt like I mentioned above. Your cpukey does not change, when you change a kv it spoofs it to the cpukey of that kv which is why you need the cpukey.txt

CPUkey.txt is not needed. Some tools ask you to delete that for them to work correctly.

This was it! Thank you! I didn't even know that was a thing or how it helps what so ever. Seems rather useless to me.

What I'm saying is I think it has something to do with swapping kv's using key vault validator and is somehow using the wrong cpukey, it gives people issues sometimes. Most servers require a cpukey.txt still
