So i will normally have 2 types of protein shakes each day i have 2 scoops which you get about 50 grams of whey protein

I use BSN protein and mix it with milk taste so nice

I have what i call a treat protein shake which taste amazing like a normal milk shake you would buy i use my protein whey mixed with vanilla icecream cookies and oreos and milk its high in calories but im bulking.

Nice man. I use BSN Syntha-6's Edge Chocolate Milkshake protein powder in my waffles and oatmeal every morning
