Of those two, Galaxy S8.

If I were looking for a new phone right now, I'd have to choose between the LG G6 and a Pixel tbh. Or maybe a OnePlus 3T.

Go into cheaper HTC/Motorola phones, and essentially get near matched with the Turbo 2, or go samsung and get the S7. I can tell you now bixby shouldn't have been released this early.
