I set my GTA menus as Plugin 5,
To save RB press X then A to load when you're on dashlaunch.
If its still not working, try a few different menus.

Do you have a launch.ini on the root of your hard drive? If so open it on your computer. It should be a text file and see if the plugin is the same number on there as you have in dashlaunch.
