My girlfriend is looking to get into pc gaming. She already had a mouse and keyboard. Even a monitor. It doesn't have to be super beefed up but I would prefer if it can handle most newer games at 60fps on high settings. I will buy a Windows key later on so I don't need that either

I'm assuming she won't be overclocking?
As above, would be useful to know what monitor she has as well.
Any aesthetic preferences(colour scheme, side window, LEDs, etc)?
What exactly will the system be used for, just gaming? What games does she intend on playing?

1080p Monitor

Games: Well shes gettting into PC Gaming and doesnt know much other then the fact that PC Has more variety of games so i kind of want it to be able to play all games. Now i know it wont play every game amazingly but as long as it plays most games on med to high graphics, She will be fine. Im thinking an i5 System with a 1060 Should be fine. Most big parts like CPU Will likely be bought from microcenter as instore deals are super cheap there. (Got my 6700k Back in November for $249.99)

Uses< Mostly gaming. Basic Internet< Skype, Light streaming possibly.

This should allow for some good 1080p gaming

I rarely recommend the S340 these days but this seems like one situation it's a fairly good choice in, especially since it's $15 cheaper than the equivalent P400S TG. Inwin 303 would be a nice alternative but has no PSU shroud which is a big no no in my books.
