Tutu wrote I did all these steps and I still have the same problem. The dns server isn't responding
However when I was looking at the status I noticed ipv4 is connected but ipv6 is said to have no network access.
So do I have a problem with ipv6 ?

No. Your local network uses IPv4.

If the issue ever persist in the future hard code a your ISP primary and secondary dns into the computer's networking.
