xbox 360 smartglass app goes "Can't sign in to xbox services. Please try again" on my android device.
xbox and android are connected to the same network (obviously)
spent 3+ hours with microsoft support, only final solution was to factory reset my device, which is ridiculous.
Every time i go into the app, it goes to "please wait..." takes some time and finally goes to "Can't sign in to xbox services. Please try again"
I noticed recently most times i turn on my xbox 360, it doesnt sign into xbox live the first time and have to either restart my console or open up network and test my connection, thought this might have some correlation to the app having issues. my connection isnt the issue though? I have 50 mb/s down and 5/mb up broadband from Spectrum, and my xbox is connected via ethernet.
Someone should get the app and see if they can get it to work for them. I'd really appreciate it!

Is your smart glass up to date?
Also you could try unstalling and downloading it again.
My smart glass on my phone sometimes says can't connect to the servers but most of the time it's because my internet connection on my phone is very week or goes out.

Microsoft support team is useless, they'll tell you to use the same methods for restarting an xbox /. clearing cache for every issue.

only time they ever helped me was fix an update which I already knew.

Trust me, i've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it is up to date. I even tried signing in from my live account to my device, and onto the browser, which microsoft recommends.. Its frustrating. Im using a galaxy s3. I dont know what else to do?

Have you allowed smartglass in the xbox settings?
