I play pro clubs alot and just play the game mate thats all I can say theres no accomplishments so the more you play pro clubs the faster your overrall will go up

Get a high match rating in every game, scoring goals, making tackles, completing passes, etc. doing all that raises individual stats, in all raising your overall. But you just have to play a lot.
