Hello fam

I have elastic bands in to bring my teeth closer together thay are attachted via a top hook which pulls back to a hook in the bottom half of my mouth

My question is... Can I put more than one band in to make it move my teeth twice as fast?

Use the above picture as an example XD

I wouldn't do it, it's not going to move them faster just going to take up more space i'm pretty sure, you could get a tighter band if the orthodontist allows it.

This all depend on the band elasticity. This can work depending on how much bands you actually use. One more band wouldn't make a difference.

I personally would say don't do it and let the time go by normally as it can cause problems if you try to do it faster than it should normally take.

dont rush the process, teeth can only move so quickly otherwise they damage your gums and teeth by forcing it to move faster

NOOOOO do not do that. It'll pull them unevenly. There's a reason why your orthodontist does what he does lol

I'd say no, just wait it out. You're already one step closer to having perfect teeth anyway
