Hello there TTG I am only now starting to considering in upgrading my build, reason being my CPU is being eaten just be google chrome and visual studio. I have done some research of my own on a processor, but the AMD A10-7890K which I already got is the best FM2 version I can find. So now I'm leaving it to the professionals. If you could please leave some suggestions on what I need I could upgrade and what I could upgrade to.
Budget: I don't really have one set sorry.
What is it going to be used for: It going to be a all in one PC, mainly for gaming, Coding, live streaming and also basic editing(Sony Vegas to edit videos for youtube)
What Games: In honesty I am not sure, since this is my first(going to be)decent PC I have not really PC gamed(here comes the hate lol), but I am into CSGO,COD Skyrim and what ever I come across which I think I may enjoy.

It may say 16 GB but I only have 14.9 GB which is usable, I did try to fix it config, I also tried to find it in my BIOS but nothing worked sadly, but I'm sure 14.9 GB is enough.

What case and PSU have you got? Are you using stock cooler or aftermarket? What kind of storage are you running(HDD(s)/SSD(s))? Budget and currency for an upgrade?
You're running an APU so you have a low end CPU with integrated graphics. Youre looking at a new motherboard, RAM and CPU for a reasonable upgrade, but you're going to want to add a discrete GPU to that if youre doing any kind of gaming.
