People are seriously using Facebook and Twitter posts as a source for political info. A majority of the debates I have seen today were using those shitty images that state no credible source. You lose all credibility if you base your facts off of these posts and not do extensive research on what you're trying to argue about.
Regardless of the election results, people will still do this.

Could not agree more, I live in the UK, and it is incredibly infuriating that the majority of my friends (whom have no idea about politics, let alone American), spout spoon-fed information, playing chinese whispers.

Myself, I would even look on Facebook to find out information. That would be the last site I would go on to find out things. There're so many sources you can look up but people find Facebook is one of the best sources out there.

Yea it going off the people I follow on facebook and twitter you can tell almost all of them get their political info from Memes.
