I understand the attraction of a high post count, but in my opinion a good upvote to downvote ratio is much more appealing. I know exactly what you mean though I see a lot of people doing it, I also see a lot of people also posting there youtube channels or links to there sites etc in random sections.

i noticed that as well. It doesn't happen that often but I do see it.

Post count means nothing if the comments are garbage. Quality over Quantity, I have a lot of posts yeah but I make an attempt to actually be thoughtful with my replies.

At the end of the day man what is a number on a message board, if someone is literally just spamming the same comment on multiple different threads, just report that users profile for spam because thats all it is.. spam.

I've been a member for 6 years. There is a reason why I only have 900 posts. Because I only post on things that I feel I can help with or have input on.

Another thing that is very annoying is when someone answers the question to the topic, then 4 more people decide to post the same exact answer that the first guy said.
