You need to consider your IP address on your router before you even think about buying a different console as if it's the same IP then EA could ban your new console which is still on the same address. It happened to someone I know...

My suggestion: Change IP, Buy a cheap second hand xbox one and play fifa. Win, win...

Get the one that your friends play on. That has always been the most important aspect for me.

I would get the PS4 if you can get a deal like a PS4 Bundle. The reason for that is because you can play DLC earlier than Xbox.
