I would definitely pick a western lowland gorilla and I'd name it Haram-
Kidding... I'm going with a Kodiak Bear

What about you guys?

(keep in mind that in this situation the animal you pick isn't going to bite you
you can pick any dangerous animal and take it for walks, play with it, etc)

Motto: Pantsu is my Baka <3 Good and bad, I made the promise to stay at your side every step of the way. Also spells my name Yoori now.
I would pick between a bear or a wolf (no not a wolf-hybrid, wolf-dog or anything like that, an actual wolf.) When I was growing up in Russia, I remember one of my classmates had a Eurasian Wolf pup who was so well trained. I know wolves before about a year are very timid at times, but once they hit a certain age then they completely change. I don't know how long she kept the wolf for or what happened to it, as my mother dragged me from Russia to America around that time, but getting to experience a wolf pup first hand, I would like to own one, longer than a pup if it was possible. As for the bear, I mean, it's a bear, would love to have that too, probably a Eurasian Brown Bear, but my luck, I would get mauled lol. Going off your situation of they won't attack or anything, sadly I would need a license to get them, I don't know if either would survive in the California heat and I don't have the land for a bear or a wolf, more than certain those things alone need a few acres of land alone. Plus feeding. I may have money to blow, but I'm sure a bear would drain my money after a while with all the food they eat.
