Is it like the xbox 360? because someone said you can reset your home xbox and then the people with your account can no longer use your account on their xbox, or something like that...I'm just confused.

It's kinda like the xbox 360.

You download their profile, set their account a your home xbox, then log out and download games.

But then if they don't want you to have it no more they can switch their account bak to their home xbox. Which makes you with none of their games.

You download there account then set it as home on your console at this point you will be able to download all there games they have downloaded. However the original person is able to take these away from you by setting another xbox to home. You can do this 3 times a year with any account. after you have done it 3 times with a single account you are able to speak to a microsoft representative providing you are polite with them they will reset the counter to 3 again. You can have MULTIPLE accounts set to home on a single console as I have 4 accounts set to home on my single xbox device.
Make sure you only give your account out to people you genuinly trust. A lot of people are happy to try steal accounts for games so be careful.
Hope this helps buddy
If I am wrong please do correct me so I dont spread incorrect information

That is false. You can game share with one person. The third friend can log into either one of your accounts and play the game if he downloads it. As soon as one of you log in it will kick him off the game.
