You don't have to worry. That CPU and GPU are pretty well matched. Both are in the same category, being entry level. You won't notice any problems related to that.

what IOSx said but let me add on to that. If you want to check if you cpu is bottlenecking open up an intensive program like a game.

Then open task manager and go to performance tab and have alook the percentage useage of your cpu and compare it to your gpu, ram etc. If its high 90's whiles your gpu is chilling at 50% you are probbaly bottle necking.

There will always be a "bottleneck", or a factor that limits your performance. 100% usage of any resource usually indicates that it's the limiting factor.

For example, one core at 100% with the rest at near idle means single core performance is limiting. Near 100% RAM usage means data will be written and read from the page file on the disk, which is slow. 100% GPU usage means your card is limiting you.
