An account that has 33-35 strength (Quested) and has 75 attack and 77+ magic to use charge and zammy flames using staff of the dead. Amazing PKer at level 53 combat!
Ideal stats:
75 Attack
33 Strength

20 Ranged
1 Prayer
82 mage
63 Hitpoints
