So I ran a speedtest using, well the speedtest app on T-Mobiles LTE network with my new iPhone 7 Plus. I tested while sitting in a comfy chair at the mall. This is the result I got:

I was so amazed by how high the upload speed was. That's nearly tripple what I get on my Comcast 300mbps internet plan. Sure the download is no 300 like my house but still the faster upload is surprising. Not to mention in the USA the average home internet speed is between 10-12mbps.

This is pretty amazing because i have quite descent internet and this isn't far behind

Never really understood why the providers give such low upload speeds and hugely high download speeds. I mean I get it you do a lot more downloading than uploading but the ratio is ridiculous 300/10 is just so disproportionate. It should be more like 300/50

I get 250-300/15-20 The higher numbers at night, when no one in my area is really using the internet and the lower numbers during the day. Either way, still very good speeds
