Hi Guys,

i bought a brand new Elgato HD60's from Amazon last week and downloaded the Software on my Mac. how ever i receive a picture on the TV but no Picture on the software.

Set Up.

Xbox One S - HDMI OUT - HDMI IN on HD60
USB cable that also comes with it, plug into HD60's and into MAC
HD60's - HDMI OUT - HDMI IN - TV

Hope to get some help and hopefully it is explained so its understandable
