Managing all employees
Making sure everyone is doing their job in there roles
Everything is running smoothly
Removing employees if you think they are not needed
Hiring new staff / employees

Skills you must have:
Good communication skills
Be organised under pressure and handle it well
Be respectful but be forward with the staff if they have to go you tell them in a professional manner.
