Hey, I found out this little method which gives you a huge fps increase ;). Also you need to have ark in steam which you will probably have anyway!
1) Highlight Ark: Survival Evolved
2) Right Click and press 'Properties'
3) Click on 'Set Launch Options"
4) Copy and paste this code in. USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4 -d3d10
Make sure you save and see if it helped! I have a NVIDIA 645 Graphics card and I can run the game on High settings with motion blur, so this helped me and I hope it helps you.
