Depends on your current financial state, if you have the money to support yourself during the months where it will start off slow then go ahead, as long as you know how to make the business last, make the customers happy and most importantly remember, Customers are always right

Probably not the best idea as you will most likely always get beat out by big box retail store or online stores like Amazon. Not to mention the repair field is pretty over-saturated as well.

If there's no other computer shops around you and you've got the funds to do it, go for it. Do you know if you'd be working alone or hiring people?

I use to repair a lot of PC before I got in to game consoles. Sometimes the repairs turned in to a lot of hours due to so many virus and with out trying to lose customers information or pics etc also a lot of people do not want to pay a lot of money for repairs always came down to well I can get a new one cheaper I enjoyed doing it yet just hard to make money I thought

But try it start small doesn't hurt to try it. Especially if you enjoy doing it.

If your going to do builds and sell them you can usually make good money that way Good luck hope you do well

Depends on if there is another computer store open around your area or there area you look to open a computer store up, try asking local residents if they would like to see a computer store open in the area.
