I'm actually surprised they didn't know who either are I was born in 1998 and these 2 names basically surrounded my childhood.

Not many places to hear about them unless they had an older sibling, my sister would be clueless on who they are if I never played them.

You have to be born in the generation those games/movies were popular to be part of them. I'm sure a lot of kids born after the 90's don't know who Casper or Crash are.

Nothing wrong with that, but they are missing out on awesome games/movies.

I almost want to feel bad for the next generation of kids. With the way games are going, it's more than likely going to be a bunch of futuristic crap, these modern and classic games now, will become pretty much non-heard of to them. Look at it this way, kids born in the 90's who are still gamers, most know of games from the 70's, the 80's, the 90's and past the 2000's. I honestly wouldn't doubt that a kid born in 2020 or 2030, barely knows any games from 2000-2010 unless the games were advertised like hell somewhere.

Simpsons hit and run was the game of all time. Same with crash bandicoot if I'm honest, that was so much fun back in the day
