I doubt there's any GOOD f2p games out there that meet those requirements. you might as well just buy a decent game that you'll have fun on for a while

Dirty Bomb is a fun shooter but very cartoony.
Combat Arms is free and a fun shooter. I dont know if it still gets updated tbh.
