well nothing is gonna wake you up if you have been up all night other than stims like caffeine, you could dip your head in water but that will only last 10 mins theirs really no point. set you alarm and have a power nap for 10-30 mins.

This. When i'm feeling tired i've started going to the fitness room at my apartment, and go run five miles. After the workout I take a shower, and I feel full of energy. It's also helped me stay awake throughout the day, giving me more energy in the morning when I wake up.
