is there a way that i can upgrade to windows 10 for free because im currently running on a windows 7 and i want to upgrade

The deadline for getting it for free ended on July 29th. Although there is a rumour that if you change your system clock back to July 28th it reactivates the free offer and a notification should shortly come up asking you if you want to download the Windows 10 update. Unfortunately I cannot confirm if this is true or not.

If you need a link for the Upgrade, I have one that will work for you, its Microsoft verified and the end date of the july 29th doesnt apply to it.

I havent had any problems with windows 10 since it was released, as the above user said you might be able to change the date on your PC to get the icon again.

The free upgrade never actually ended which the general public doesn't know. I wouldn't use the link you provided as it's for disabled people. The upgrade link i posted above will work for a month. Then Microsoft will change it to a new link.
