Throw it in DFU mode and restore it through iTunes?

Lol, I've made that mistake with my iPhone 5c when I was about to sell it. Resetting it via the Settings app messes up your device if its jailbroken. You'll need to load into DFU and restore in iTunes. Only way to fix that issue unfortunately.

How to enter DFU? Press and hold 'both' the power button and home button until the device shuts down, let go of the power button 'but' continue to hold the home button. If done correctly the screen is usually black but has backlight
