Motivational wrote No, g-fuel is completely based around the caffeine that's used to make it.

Your reactions are how fast your brain sends signals to other parts of your body and it's almost completely based upon your genetics. Taking Gfuel will not make you good at gaming, in-fact it probably wont even make you any better. Things like what weapon you use, your internet speed and how much sleep you have are far more important on deciding if you'll actually win a gunfight or not.

As I said in the beginning, Gfuel is basically just based around caffeine which will make you feel more energized and awake, however after those effects wear off then you'll feel more tired and exhausted than you died before taking the Gfuel.

If you're taking it to get better at Xbox games then it will honestly do nothing, the Xbox controller is designed in a way that means it's almost impossible to build muscle memory and the skill cap is generally quite low. That's because Xbox games don't have competitive ranks like CSGO or LoL and they don't want their younger fan base to be stomped on by better players. I've been playing COD since I was about ten and I'm eighteen now and I'm not one of the best players in the world, even though I've been playing it for eight years. I bet if I had of put those eight years into something like archery or League of Legends then things would have been very different.

Lol calm down. I know people and it works for them.

But Motivational is right. It;s just based around the caffeine which makes you believe it's actually doing something..

He's only pointing at the facts which people look at it and laugh. People needs to know what's in the power more than different sorts of flavorings. It's more caffeine and some other stuff which I forgot now (which you shouldn't really have)

On topic now, I only drink it if I REALLY need it, yet again the after effects is quiet bad.

- Draws more acne on my skin and around the body
- Sleeping pattern is messed up
- Sugar rush in my brain for me to flip tables
- There's more caffeine in just one scoops of GFUEL (not good)

It does not have any effect on me.

In my opinion its just a placebo effect; not saying that is a bad thing since placebo's can cause better reactions than a majority of tested drugs.

Its upto your bio-chemistry with alot of things like stimulants.

Two key things you mentioned here to tell you why gfuel helps me.. "energised" and "awake" both of these make you more alert. It doesn't help me press buttons on my controller faster, it helps me make split second decisions faster and reduce the chance of mental fatigue while the drink is in my system. Yes you can have a crash after the effects are off but the drink does work. i too have been playing cod from the age of 9, I am now 19 and I can see difference in how I play. Not just cod but any fast paced competetive game. There is not a 'dramatic difference' but basically saying gfuel just creates a placebo effect on yourself is completely wrong. Obviously people will react different to it but I can 100% say it makes a difference

* also a good brain stimulant so it can in fact help you revise if you use it every now and then
