I like it man, I love the reflection from from the letters. Gives it a eye watch appeal to it. Got a question tho... why is it just red underneath the letter why not have the red all around the letter. Would make more sense wouldn't it? I don't know about these things? Haha Overall I like the header.

Was using filters and blending modes but couldn't figure out how to make all of them the same.

It looks good. I would add more to the background. The lights look good, although the U looks kind of out of place compared to the other letters.
