Im 16 and I've been trying to get a job since the end of April and still struggling to find one. I've been applying and showing companies I really want the job but never end up calling me. I honestly feel like giving up and feel its the best choice.. I wanted to get a job to buy the next gen, a Jtag or RGH and to gift gold but .... no job..

Well first off I wouldn't suggest buying an RGH or JTAG as it's all a saturated market now.

For the job, where have you been applying?

May I ask what other chains are around you? Have you tried any local fast food restaurants? Even though it's not fun, it's money in your pocket.

Well go up there and ask for the manager. You can then tell them the reason why you missed their call.

I'm about to be 21 and I've never had an on-the-books job still because of the same reason.

I apply, attach my resume, answer all the questions that my resume already covers but they ask me again anyway. I call two days after, and every 3 days after that, if I get told to go in, I go, do the interview, and never hear from them again. That's the barrier for me, it's stupid. Can't really get experience if no one will hire me and allow me to get experience, I was even denied by McDonalds...

Local newspapers. Or ask friends/family if there is any vacancies going. That's the best bet for you.

Don't expect them to call you if you think they're, if they dont you have to call them don't rely on people like that otherwise you'll be waiting for months on end.
