So I got my license recently and was wondering how many of you followed the law of not driving passengers during your first 6 months? I got caught doing it last night and now my mom has taken my car for a long ass time. I think the 6month rule is a little too far extended, and Im a great driver so I know I can handle passengers.
Let me know your experiences

I never did, it's a big fine here. Though, idk where you live, I wouldn't recommend it.

I was told that the first time being caught by an officer is only a warning, and its also profiling to pull me over just for looking young and having someone else in the car.

They get on to you because it's more distracting. Younger people need to be focused on the road instead of their friends.

Lol what kind of rule is this? I didn't have my license yet I had 3 more days until I got it but my mom dropped me and 2 friends off to get my truck for me to drive home. I got my license after 3 days. Now I have as many people as I can fit with me. Curfew is 11 here until I'm 17 of course. Stupid in my opinion

I've never heard of this rule. I thought the thing to do was get your buddies in your car and go driving!
