Hello all,

Currently, I use the Beats Studios as my headset for when I'm gaming. And this has been absolutely fine for me for months. However, I came on yesterday and all of a sudden, it no longer works as a mic for me. I can hear game sound, and other users speaking, however, it does not allowed me to speak. I have tried different headsets and controllers and all the same results. I have tried using the headsets and the mic function to make sure its not the headset and no issues there. However, it just no longer works.

As I say, this just happened as of yesterday and is very frustrating. I have checked all settings and nothing has changed to when it was working.

If anyone else has had the same issues please comment below, and if anyone has any idea to why this has happened or a possible solution, that would be great.

Thank you,
Kieran

Ive found the solution.
i have been having the same problem and it appears to be affecting headphones like Beats etc. Anyway the way to solve this is by unplugging it slightly and the plugging it back in.
you have to do it so that it doesn't register that the Mic has came out. Its hard to explain but just dont unplug it all the way out and do it really fast. I've had 100% success with it since the issue started hope i helped a few people.
