No, COD4 did.

Never really saw the obsession of MW2 when it was either MOD's or Jumping and spinning it a circle till your sick then shoot and hope it hits a player.

Yes and no. I heard about TTG through people talking about it while waiting for the map to start in an MW2 lobby. I checked it out and originally joined for the Breaking News (World News now) and the Conspiracy forum.
