What I did because the thing what happened to me was I watched people stream and watch their streams intill it finished which was 12:00am next morning then go to sleep, then wake up like 8:00pm. It was dreadful so I fixed the sleep schedule what I did. I went to sleep early and wake up early. My body felt like I was back to normal again.

I have the same exact issue sadly, I basically sleep at 4am, and wake up around 8:30am. It's a mess. I'm thinking about sleeping really early to reset my sleeping schedule.

As someone who works an overnight shift 2 nights out of the week, I feel your pain. Most of the time I fix my sleep schedule just by staying up for close to 20+ hours and going to sleep the next night.

I fixed my sleeping schedule finally. Now I go to school come home and go straight to the gym and then when I get home I'll either wait till 10 to sleep or take an hour nap when I get home and then sleep around 11/12

I don't know why it doesn't let me quote on mobile which is very annoying, but also you're right, messed up sleeping patterns are very annoying.
