The background image is pre-made the only thing that is added is the shooting stars. I would love the PSD to see how this was done.

If you don't mind that is

Looks pretty dope man, you may want to extend or shorten your looping panels so they loop flush, this can be adjusted in the PS timeline.

I like the idea but it is clearly lacking some obvious elements.

As you said, the bottom half of the image looks very grainy and pixelated. I don't know if that is just the picture format or you have added this effect but it's a major affect on the overall piece itself.

The transparent effect on the woman holding the umbrella is just a no. Take it away completely. It makes it look as if you have just slapped the stock image on there without any tweaks. Even just a few shadows or highlights to represent that she is actually there could really improve the piece dramatically.

Perhaps the most obvious and annoying thing about this piece is the animation of the blue lights at the top. As AR15 said, make them loop simultaneously or just dont have them in. It takes away the professionalism of a really good idea.

Overall, as I said, I like the idea but a few crucial points need to be touched on to improve it drastically. Good job though, keep going and you will get better as you go along.

I think it looks great, however I'm a sucker for high-resolution, so maybe for the next piece, you can go hi-res?

I have to say that looking freaking awesome. Everythig looks nice and i really dig the animation to it. dont really know anything about graphics but that seems like something that takes a long time and plenty of work to complete. Nice work
