I'm curious as to if using gamesaves you download on the computer could be transferred over to the Xbox One with a USB or anything else? I know you could with the Xbox 360 with a USB but don't know if it's the same with Xb1. Any and much help is appreciated, thanks!

Nope, all game saves are uploaded to and accessed from the cloud. If you put a save on a USB somehow and plugged it into your Xbox, it'd treat it as media and not a save file.

Do you believe they will change that some time in the future? I sold my Xbox 360 and had completed a game and wish to use my gamesave but now i have to restart which is awful.

Not much you can do at this point bud. If you had your 360 still, you could have uploaded your save to cloud storage and accessed it from your Xbox One. I don't think there's any way to do that without a 360 though. I don't think they will change the way game saves are read, it's much easier the way they have it now and there would be no benefit in going back to the old system.

It's actually its not because this keeps people from modding their gamesave or doing anything to it.
