I bought the bo3 season pass and downloaded the giant so I let me friend go on my account and download it but when he goes on his account its not there. How can he make it so it shows up for him?

Your account needs to set to his ps4 as your primary system.
if it is already your account's primary ps4 is already your own system, then you must deactivate it.
