My real connection is 55 Down and 5 up hard wired on a computer and on Xbox!(I can stream on there without a problem)
But on ps4 i test my connection its 18.2 down/3up? I can't even stream and sometimes I get lags... How do I fix this ?

I wouldn't trust the PS4's figures when it gives you a download/upload rate, mine is always way off.
In terms of lag, it could be so many different things. I've seen people resolve the issue using Googles DNS's e.g. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 - you should be able to find instructions on Google how to change your PS4 settings to these.
