Step 1: On your Xbox transfer your profile from your hard drive onto your memory stick/USB
Step 2: Plug that USB into your computer then open up horizon.
Step 3: Click on Avatar Color and then a thing with all the options on in the centre should pop up, you won't be able to click it yet.
Step 4: Click on Open in the top left of the little options box.
Step 5: Head over to the USB folder and open up the one with your profile in it
Step 6: Change All of the coloured to whatever you think would look cool and then click save!
Step 7: Have fun with AL the things you've done!

The tutorial works, but it's pointless to do on an actual XBL account because it's literally a permanent ban.
Only try on offline accounts if you really want to do it.
