My download speed is really bad when I try downloading a game off the store but I have pre ordered Fallout 4 from GAME so I'll be able to download the game offline with the disc right? I shouldn't have to use my internet to download it orrrrr??

I don't believe you need internet to install it off a disk.

To avoid pirating, internet is required for installation for most recently released disk games. I'm pretty sure.
