I have tired buying fifa points on the PS4, it gets to the final stage then says 'unable to add funds to your wallet'
Then i went onto the playstation website and tried to add funds via there, yet again same message.

There is enough money in my bank for them so that leaves me clueless hahah

Anyone help

You can't buy them because you can't put the funds in your account. From what you said it doesn't look like there's any problem with FIFA Points but with your PS account and/or bank. Contact Playstations support and I'm sure they'll be able to help, or buy a gift card online and add the money that way.
