one rapper who is amazing but underrated is Hoodie Allen, He is not to famous, but he only has a few hundred thousand subs on yt, i found out about him on here actually. my favorite song by him is [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Naaa personally i think the most underrated rapper is hi-rez, he has been at it for years and is still so underrated.

Future isn't like underground, but he is extremely undervalued. He has confirmed two more projects for 2015, BM2, and Apeshii, and he as already had two good mix tapes, and a chart topping album. Travi$ Scott as well, has amazing talent, and is one of the best youngsters in the game
