first off , couriers mile has deathclaws and a few marked troopers and if i remember correctly there is a lot of radiation there with a warhead or 2 , i would take a few weapons that have good damage and DPS (Flamer/Incinerator etc..)
and lastly nuking both sides will set your Karma (If Im Correct) will be set to neutral and NCR and Legion will have Vilified (But you Gain Rep from the BoS, if i remember correctly that is)
